Once you have purchased your Holiday Home, it’s then over to our Aftercare Team who arrange and organise the transport to your new Park. When your Holiday Home has been delivered, our engineers then complete a detailed PDI – a Post-Delivery Inspection.
After having taken full ownership of your Holiday Home, if you were to find any issues at all, simply report them to our Aftercare Team who will take it all from there; we correspond with the manufacturer directly on your behalf to communicate the issues and resolve them efficiently.
