Chassis
  • A triple-axle chassis constructed with dual C channel welded steel beam.
  • A bitumen anti-corrosive coating.
  • 6 wheels per section and toe-hitch.
Floor (U Value 0.29 W/m²K
  • 9mm exterior grade ply.
  • 150 x 47 grade treated timber floor joists bolted at 400mm c.c’s to chassis.
  • 150mm fibreglass quilted between the joists.
  • 15mm structural flooring plywood.
Walls (U Value 0.33 W/m²K)

External

  • Canexel cladding in optional colours or 28mm finished Redwood T&G Cladding.
  • Thermal rated breather membrane.
  • 9.5mm exterior grade WBP plywood, stapled to studwork.
  • 100mm x 38mm CLS treated studwork at 400c/c’s
  • 100 fibreglass insulation quilted between the studwork.
  • Polythene vapour barrier.

  • All windows are Light Oak PVC, and are fitted with trickle ventilation, multi-locking system and double-glazed with Low-E Glazing.
Internal Doors / Architraves / Skirtings
  • White oak veneer interior doors with satin steel handles.
  • MDF Moulded architrave and skirting gloss paint finish.
Plumbing
  • All plumbing is BS.6700.  All exposed water pipe work is insulated against frost.
  • All homes are fitted with a gas condensing boiler.
  • Sanitary fittings including wash hand basin and WC finished complete with taps and fittings included.
  • Showers are thermostatically controlled with resin shower tray and glass door.  All en-suite bathrooms c/w mirror, towel rail and toilet roll holder.
Electrical

Wired to current IEE Regulations, with all homes inspected to N.I.C.E.C. standards.  Electrical layout as per floorplan, with door bell, 2 smoke detectors, heat detector and 2 CO² detectors fitted to all homes.
