  • White oak veneer interior doors with satin steel handles.
  • MDF Moulded architrave and skirting gloss paint finish.
  • All plumbing is BS.6700.  All exposed water pipe work is insulated against frost.
  • All homes are fitted with a gas condensing boiler.
  • Sanitary fittings including wash hand basin and WC finished complete with taps and fittings included.
  • Showers are thermostatically controlled with resin shower tray and glass door.  All en-suite bathrooms c/w mirror, towel rail and toilet roll holder.

Wired to current IEE Regulations, with all homes inspected to N.I.C.E.C. standards.  Electrical layout as per floorplan, with door bell, 2 smoke detectors, heat detector and 2 CO² detectors fitted to all homes.
