How do I use this website?

The shop acts as a catalogue to view our extensive range of Holiday Homes and Lodges.  No purchases are available directly through the website – your enquiry will be sent to our sales team who will contact you shortly afterwards to talk about the model(s) you are interested in.

Most models can be configured to your specification, including your choice of park, and as you add any optional extras the total price including VAT will be displayed immediately.

You can use the Finance Calculator to see if your budget can accommodate the cost of purchasing your ideal home.

Where can I view a Holiday Home or Lodge?

We have one of the largest showgrounds in the country and are partnered with over one hundred caravan parks.  Our selection of models is unrivalled.  Come and pay us a visit and see what makes us the best dealer of new static caravans.

There are so many parks available - how do I choose one?

We are partnered with over 100 of the country’s best holiday parks and also have one of the largest showgrounds, based in Southport.

You can use our Park Locator to identify suitable candidates and if you don’t want to travel long distances to view the park then you can come and view them in our Virtual Reality suite based at our head offices.

How do I buy a Holiday Home or Lodge

A good place to start is with an enquiry via this website or you can visit our showground.  Select a Holiday Home or Lodge that fits your needs, choose the specification and let us know your contact details through the online form.  Our experienced sales team will get in touch and take you through the next steps.

How much are your Holiday Homes and Lodges

When it comes to buying a Holiday Home or Lodge, pricing can vary depending on a number of factors.  One thing you can be sure of is that we will sell all models at the manufacturer’s recommended retail price (RRP), unlike some other suppliers.  Adding any optional extras will increase the final price.

How much are optional extras

The price of optional extras varies depending on the manufacturer and model so please speak to us for the most accurate prices.  Viewing most models on this website will give you access to our product configurator which will give you a good idea of any additional charges.

That sounds great, but can I afford it?

Is there a restriction on when I can use my caravan?

The use of a holiday home is determined by the license for the park you have chosen.  Most holiday homes aren’t designed for year round use unless they comply with the BS3632 Residential Specification, seen in most lodges.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

There are no delivery charges!  The online shop acts as a catalogue only and any orders placed are treated as enquiries.  Our experienced staff will contact you with more information about the caravan or lodge that you are interested in.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

No money changes hands via the online shop.  It is for enquiries only and any orders placed are treated as such.

How long will delivery take?

Once you decide to buy and have located a suitable caravan park using our Park Locator then the process can begin.  If the caravan or lodge is based on our showground then delivery is usually quick but if it is based at the factory then there will be a lead time before delivery can be fulfilled.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The online shop is secure and safe and the only data collected are your contact details, which we will never share with external companies.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You identify a suitable caravan park using our park locator, either online or from our own offices, and then the delivery process can begin.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive a full invoice for your order.  Any confirmation emails received directly from your online shop enquiry are for information purposes only.
